On June 29th, 2017, the project of waste heat utilization for sintering of Handan Iron and Steel Company successfully completed the external furnace and steam pipe purging, which indicates the project into the mop up stage.
The project adopts the patented technology of the company, the direct connection furnace bell type waste heat boiler technology, and sets the high parameter collection box of the sintering waste heat boiler on the liquid seal ring cooler to avoid the pipe cooling, and the heat efficiency is greatly improved by using the radiation heat. This arrangement is the world's first, indicating that the company has been in the forefront of the world in the field of energy saving and emission reduction technology.
After the project has been completed and put into production, it is expected to produce 456 thousand tons of steam annually, 35 thousand and 500 tons of standard coal for annual savings, and 89 thousand tons of carbon dioxide for annual carbon dioxide reduction. The project reduces the internal steam consumption in the enterprise, reduces the cost of the enterprise, and has considerable economic and environmental benefits. At present, the project is in the stage of completion and acceptance, and the Ministry of heat and heat utilization of Handan Iron and steel works will continue to meticulously organize and strive to achieve quality goals, and ensure the completion of the finished project after the actual action, and make this project a top-quality project.
